Overview
At Kali Journeys, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refund guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery
  • The return request is submitted within 3 days of receiving the item
  • The product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that show signs of use or wear
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Tech accessories with broken seals or missing components
  • Customized or clearance items

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item received
  • Reason for the return request

Our team will verify the issue and provide instructions for the return process. Returns must be sent back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
As we only accept cash on delivery, refunds are provided through one of the following methods:

  • A replacement product of equal value (preferred)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no additional cost after reviewing the claim and verifying photographic evidence.

Late or Missing Replacement
If your replacement hasn’t arrived within the advised timeframe, please contact us at [email protected], and we will assist you promptly.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us first before sending anything back.
